When you bring your device in to Your Repair Depot our friendly technicians will determine your device value on the spot.
We accept all types of cell phones, tablets, and some laptops. This includes devices such as iPhone, iPod, iPad and MacBook as well as Android and other devices like Samsung Galaxy, Motorola, LG, Huawei, Microsoft Surface, Sony Xperia and many others.
Absolutely. Rest easy that your personal data will be deleted from your device before it is recycled. We take our customer's privacy seriously!
Pre-owned cell phones and tablets, as well as all parts and labor that we provide, are covered by a 90-day warranty.
If your pre-owned or repaired device seems to be having issues after a purchase or repair within the 90-day period, please bring it back to Your Repair Depot right away for warranty diagnostics.
Repaired or pre-owned devices are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of its purchase or repair.
If your device malfunctions, it must be returned to the Your Repair Depot store or service center for evaluation. All costs of shipping will be borne solely by the purchaser. Your Repair Depot's trained technician will diagnose the repair upon receipt. Upon examination, if your device is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any action by you, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair by someone other than Your Repair Depot, use of any other parts other than Your Repair Depot products and parts, or unauthorized modification. This warranty is VOID if your device shows evidence of having been tampered with (broken seal) or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion; or current, heat, moisture or vibration; improper specification; misapplication; misuse; abuse or other operating conditions outside of Your Repair Depot's control or technical support rendered by Your Repair Depot.
All sales of Pre-Owned, Refurbished or Used devices are FINAL.
Phones/Devices are inspected prior to purchase and CANNOT be returned.
